Imprevisto is the shared dream of four young international partners based in Barcelona, each with a solid background in haute cuisine. United by creativity, passion, and deep respect for the product, they have created a project that breaks conventions and awakens the senses.

The restaurant offers two tasting menus, with 7 or 10 courses, available for both lunch and dinner. Each dish is a mystery revealed at the table: you won’t know what you're about to eat until it arrives. But what you can be sure of is that behind every plate lies technique, intuition, sensitivity, and top-quality ingredients. Dishes that may sound familiar… but are unlike anything you've tasted before.
The menus change regularly, depending on what’s fresh in the market and the team’s inspiration. Of course, they can also be adapted for vegetarians, gluten-free diners, or other special dietary needs if communicated in advance.
